Chinese smartphone maker, OnePlus on understanding the Jio fever in India, it released Oxygen 3.5.5 firmware update for OnePlus 2 smartphones to grab more customers as it supports VoLTE.
Now the makers made it compatible for Reliance Jio with their latest OS update. Earlier, the company updated its OnePlus 3T with Oxygen 3.5.4 firmware.
So with the new update, users of OnePlus 2 are able to use Jio services like free mobile data and unlimited voice calling. The users will get the update via notification sooner in coming days.
Though the new update doesn’t bring Android 7.0 Nougat but fixes bugs, and introduce superior system stability along with a couple of benefits.
About the new update, the company noted that Clock, Calculator, and Messages applications will replace to the stock OnePlus with the new update if the Google applications were never updated.
In addition, ringtones, device name, battery bar indicator and accent colors are also going to be updated. So, apart from the physical terms, the users will completely get a fresh look at their smartphones.

OnePlus 3T is the successor of OnePlus 3 that launched six months back at a price of one rupee less to Rs. 28,000 with 64GB internal storage memory which is the basic variant from two variants. The remaining variant costs Rs. 34,999 with 128GB of internal storage memory.
